Woodland Trust's Green Trees School's Award

We are delighted to announce that we have now achieved both Bronze and Silver Awards from the Woodland Trust. Claire Thompson and the children have worked hard to earn this award, which included and environmental walk by Year 3 and an inspiring Collective Worship led by Year 5 which linked plenty of information about the importance of woodlands to one of our key values - compassion 

We are expecting the delivery of 160 trees to school, which the whole school community will hopefully become involved in planting.

We are now working towards the Gold Award!
