Thinking about what we have to be grateful for is proven to lift our mood and help us to focus on the positives in our lives, even when times are hard.
Right now, times are tough for many of us. The period at the end of January and beginning of February is known for being emotionally tough every year, but we have the added emotional strain of the current lock down.
