Hello!
Welcome to the Year 4 web page. This is a great space for our parents, teachers and whole school community to find out what we have been learning. We will be covering lots of exciting things over the coming year. Keep an eye out for upcoming days and trips to enrich your child's learning experience.

Well Done Year 4 - We managed to raise enough money to adopt a Red Panda. Money raised is going towards supporting conservation projects acroos the UK and worldwide.

World Book Day 2020
As part of our Year Group Value of Charity we are participating in the Junior Masterchef 2020 competition run by the charity 'Chefs Adopt a School'. Have a look at our DT page for more information and pictures.
Odd Sock Day 2019
To show our support for Odd Sock Day 2019, Year 4 created a video to celebrate our unique identities and the wonderful diversity in our world. We believe strongly in our class value of Charity and want to help raise awareness for anti-bullying!
Notices
- Don't forget Toast Thursdays- bring in 20p if you want a slice!
- Please remember to bring your swimming kits every Friday
- Year 4 Charity- We have adopted a Red Panda as part of our Adventure Island topic. The money will go towards conservation work in the UK and around the world. If you take a trip to Chester Zoo you might be able to spot our school plaque.
- Year 4 Reading Records- Please read as much as possible at home and comment/sign when you have. The books taken home should be read with fluency and accuracy to encourage reading for pleasure.
