Welcome To Relax Kids!
Relax Kids is run by Miss McClelland on Monday and Tuesday lunch times.
Relax Kids sessions help children to understand how to cope with every day anxieties, and teaches them how to relax and enjoy being calm. Relax Kids uses a carefully structured seven step format, including mindful breathing, self and peer massage, positive affirmations as well as relaxing visualisations. These give children the tools to train themselves to know and understand their emotional reactions, and to have self-calming techniques. This can help them to feel happy and confident, and to be able to deal with challenging situations.
