The Twits
Our first unit of study was based around Roald Dahl's hilarious novel, 'The Twits'.
We delved into the story with some comprehension and grammar work and used it as a stimulus for our writing. We wrote instruction texts for keeping Mr Twit's beard clean and for making wormy spaghetti:
