Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

St Andrew’s CE Junior School is an inclusive school and all teachers:

• Do everything they can to meet pupils’ special educational needs
• Ensure that pupils with SEND engage in activities alongside their peers
• Provide high-quality teaching, differentiated for individual pupils

Sharon McClelland is the Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCo). She works closely with school staff and outside agencies to support and assess children as a need arises.
