Today's Task
Today's task is a quick, creative one. All I want you to do is think about the film Inside Out and the characters/emotions that control our feelings. I want you to illustrate another emotion that you feel regularly. The first step to wellbeing is surely to understand the emotions that we are feeling and how they affect us.
Here's my example of an emotion that controls my day far more often than I would like it to!

Enjoy this soothing hand massage that you can treat yourself to, and offer to your loved ones :)
Try this massage when you are feeling worried, sad or anxious.
