A little bit of fitness for you today!

 

So I made a little fitness obstacle course to get my cardio in. I only used everyday things that I had lying around the classroom and incorporated lots of the exercises that you've been learning with Mrs Trigg over the last few months.
Have a go at making your own! But BE CAREFUL, make sure you have space and most importantly ask your parents before you use anything.

 

I'd love to say that the thumbnails are the most embarrassing part of these videos...but that would be optimistic thinking! Enjoy!
