Welcome to St Andrew's Church of England Junior School.
We are a very friendly Church of England Junior school where the children and staff enjoy learning and discovering new things everyday.
The school is located in the delightful Derbyshire village of Hadfield and is close to the wonderful Peak District National Park.
We have very supportive parents, families and friends and an excellent active parent PTA.
St Andrew's Church is located close by and they support us in providing a safe, nurturing, learning environment.
We work closely with our neighbours Hadfield Infant School, Hadfield Nursery and Hadfield Children's Centre and the local secondary schools to provide a continuous pathway of education.
On our website, you will find pages including useful information about the school, our school values and aims, details of recent and upcoming events and items to support the various aspects of learning.
We aim to excel in all areas of learning and developing to ensure our pupils receive a rich exciting enjoyable education through our curriculum and extra-curricula activities.
We provide and encourage participation in a wide range of activities that meets the needs of each pupil and develops skills for learning, skills for life and skills for living in the community and the world of work. Activities include dance, gymnastics, art, craft, construction, sports, choir, coding, electronics and our entrepreneurial Enterprise activities.
We are learners for life and we hope to nurture in each of our pupils the skills and a love for learning.
Please feel free to look around the website and contact us if you require any further information.
